Family-owned and operated, Via Emilia Italian Restaurant has been serving authentic Italian cuisine in Houston, Texas for over 13 years, specializing in home-made pastas and classic Northern Italian dishes.
Originally from Ravenna, situated in the Emilia-Romagna region of Northern Italy, restaurateurs Elda and Carlos Orioli have always had an unmatched passion for Italian cuisine and have been in the food business for over 50 years.
The inspiration for the restaurants' name was the ancient Roman road Via Emilia, built in the second century B.C, which spans from Rimini to Piacenza.
