Via Emilia’s wine collection is a result of a fifteen year journey by the restaurant's talented wine staff. Our temperature-controlled wine cellar accommodates our award-winning wine list, a vertical selection of over 350 wines with more than 3,000 bottles. Our staff is ready and eager to recommend the perfect accompaniment for your dining experience.

Having over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Stephen shares his extensive knowledge and passion for wine as Sommelier at Via Emilia. He is a Certified Sommelier by the Master Court of Sommeliers.
